The partners are originally from Central Pennsylvania and, having worked in this area for over 40 years, have strong ties to the community.

Education: Central Pennsylvania Business School, 1979, (now Central Pennsylvania College) A.S.B. (Associates in Specialized Business) summa cum laude

Experience includes: Freelance Court Reporter, 1979 to present, covering depositions involving expert witnesses related to medical malpractice, asbestos litigation, fire/arson investigations, accident reconstruction and various technical matters; statements under oath, preliminary hearings, arbitrations and Master’s hearings, as well as matters before the United States District Court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the Federal Grand Jury, the State Ethics Commission, the Judicial Review Board, the Mine Safety and Health Administration, and Senate hearings.

Member of: National Court Reporters Association, Pennsylvania Court Reporters Association

Commitment to the Community: Member of a local Veterans organization. Mission: To Serve Veterans, Their Families and Their Communities. President, 2007 to August 2011; vice president, 2004 to 2007. Participant in various volunteer activities at the Lebanon V.A. Medical Center.

Experience Includes: Official Court Reporter for the York County Court of Common Pleas 1983 to 1989 covering criminal court, civil court, Orphans’ Court, juvenile hearings, Master’s hearings, as well as family court. Freelance Court Reporter, 1994 to present, covering depositions involving expert witnesses related to medical malpractice, fire/arson investigations, forensic toxicology, accident reconstruction and various technical matters, statements under oath, preliminary hearings, arbitrations and Master’s hearings, as well as matters before the United States District Court, the State Ethics Commission, the Judicial Review Board, corporate board meetings and zoning hearings.
